Time Timer® PLUS support

All Time Timer products have a warranty of 1 year from date of purchase. If you believe that the problem with your Time Timer is covered by the warranty, we request you to contact your (school) supplier. Their contact details will be mentioned on your invoice.

For your information: The Time Timer Plus operates on 1 AA alkaline battery. All products are delivered excluding the battery. We recommend using a new AA (alkaline) quality battery in your Time Timer.

 

Placing a new battery:
Stap 1) Open the battery compartment at the rear of the Time Timer. You need a small size Philips head screwdriver (nr. 0).
Stap 2) Place the new AA alkaline battery with the negative (-) side first against the spring.
Stap 3) Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.

Replacing the battery:
Stap 1) Open the battery compartment at the rear of the Time Timer. You need a small size Philips head screwdriver (nr. 0).
Stap 2) Remove the old battery by gently pushing to the left.
Stap 3) Place the new AA alkaline battery with the negative (-) side first against the spring.
Stap 4) Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.

The red disk is not moving:
– Is the battery dead? Is the battery installed correctly? Make sure the battery is installed properly and / or replace it with a new AA Alkaline battery (see replacing the battery).
– Turn the red disk several times gently from 0 to 60 and back again to remove any dust particles.
– Is the clear lens still in place? Gently press the edges of the lens until it snaps back into position.

There is no end signal:
– Is the battery dead? Is the battery installed correctly? Make sure the battery is installed properly and / or replace it with a new AA Alkaline battery (see replacing the battery).
– Is the sound switched on? The volume button is located on the rear of the Time Timer. Turn the button to the preferred volume.
