The lens cover came off.

If the lens cover on the front of the Time Timer PLUS^® has come loose, simply snap it back into place. The clear lens cover is intentionally designed to be removable. In the event the lens were to crack or break due to an accident, only the lens needs replaced rather than the entire timer.
